RiggsPlace is a self-hosted one-bedroom residence located in an elegant turn-of-the-century row house in Dupont Circle.


Entering through a separate private entrance you’ll enjoy a peaceful haven from the bustle of the city. 


RiggsPlace guests have their own phone line and answering system. A separate heating and air-conditioning system keeps you cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter.


At RiggsPlace you’ll stay connected. Your own personal computer with high speed internet and a private fax are included at no extra cost.


The tastefully decorated living room includes a leather sleep sofa, ceiling fan, flat screen satellite TV with over 90 HD channels and DVD.


The bathroom is luxurious!  Mirrored walls reflect the black granite vanity and oversized shower.


The kitchen is fully-equipped with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and range -- all the stuff you need to cook up a storm!


The bedroom features a queen-size bed, another big flat screen HDTV , clock-radio and walk-in closet.
